Fantasy Dwarf Links

The realms of fantasy are filled with diminutive figures who seem far more capable of defeating evil than their larger cousins. Are they more cunning? Are they better fighters? Can they withstand the temptations that ultimately lead lesser willed mortals to their doom? Maybe evil just has poor eyesight. In any event, these characters survive and show the Goliaths of their worlds that size isn’t everything. They come in different guises, Dwarfs, Halflings, Gnomes, Hobbits and more. I have tried to compile a list of known heroes of small stature but with great, well... greatness and have tried to find the best sites dedicated to them. If there are any Dwarfs (or related humanoid) heroes that I have missed or if you have found a site you consider better than the ones I have listed, please let me know by e-mailing. I will endeavour to keep updating the links so keep coming back to check them out.

Percy Bogg

www.BoggtheDwarf.co m

One of the lesser known Dwarf heroes but worthy of a mention in so much as the site you are already on is devoted to him! Go to Dwarf Bogg on the navigation bar to find out more about this miserable loner who loves gold and hates people.

Bilbo and Frodo Baggins

www.Lordotrings.com

The Hobbit heroes are superbly presented on this Tolkien fanatic website. The site has great tours of Middle Earth with audible guides to show you around the realms in detail. Graphically rich and very impressive.

The Seven Dwarfs

www.Disney.com

Okay, we all know that this story is mis-named, being about a band of very contented Dwarfs who were doing quite well thank you until a certain girl disrupted their lives. This Disney site gives a rather good Snow White tour for those interested in someone who needs to learn not to accept fruit from strangers.

Sci-fi Matter

www.scifimatter.com

A searchable index of links to websites about sci-fi and fantasy. Nicely laid out and easy to use.
